To apply for or renew membership:
SNAIL MAIL: print out the form, fill out, write check to NSMASC ($35 fee for returned checks) and mail to the address on the application.
ONLINE: Fill out the online form (linked below), and use the PayPal links below, or e-mail a copy of the form to NSMASC@gmail.com Once payment and application are received, you will be notified.
As a member(s) of a MASCUSA Affiliate Club, I (we), the undersigned, agree to promote/participate only in activities and behavior that will benefit the common good of the Miniature American Shepherd. I (we) also agree to abide by the MASCUSA Registry Rules and Regulations, Bylaws and Code of Ethics.
**NOTE: Only members of the NSMASC Board of Directors are required to be members of MASCUSA.
